Digital Detritus
A collaborative project with Maggie Xian during my first year at RISD, Digital Detritus arose as a response to the question- How could we illlustrate a realm of ‘digital trash’, where forgotten memories and redundant data languish in the confines of the ever-expanding 'cloud'? This project endeavors to unveil the ramifications of our digital age, where vast physical storage facilities relentlessly devour energy in their endless quest to preserve this forgotten plethora of obsolete information. Made for RISD Experimental and Foundational Studies Design Studio.
